Received unit in about 4 weeks. Packaged very well. Quality of both the washer/tub and the spinner is excellent. Surprised at size...bigger than expected when fully extended. North American buyers beware...the power cord that comes with it is not compatible with our outlets. I purchased one on amazon for $6.00. OK, first load was 6 pairs of ankle socks. Machine handled them no problem. Washed on the 5 minute cycle, which is a true 5 minutes. Used the drain function, which is fairly slow. Refilled unit with clean water for the rinse cycle for another 5 minutes. Drained again. Forget the spinner. The unit is simply not that powerful to generate enough centrifugal force to extract water. I ended up hand wringing. Did this with 2 adult t-shirts. The machine coped but struggled a bit under the weight of the 2 t-shirts. So, 1 adult shirt or 2 children's shirts....and I mean young children. The unit really did clean my stinky workout socks and t-shirts though. I would certainly not recommend this be your primary washing method but for delicates, an emergency wash, or out of the home on holiday or camping (if you have a power source) yes, it does the job. You'll like it if you recognize its capabilities AND limitations.
